FAQs
Where do I place the R2L?
1. Turn your WiFi off on your mobile device.
2. Stream a video from the YouTube App or website.
3. Turn the phone around and place the R2L on the back, without taking the adhesive off.
4. Move the R2L around until the LED lights up the most.
5. Remove the adhesive and place the R2L where the Led lit up the most.
Does the R2L affect my phone quality?
The R2L does not affect call quality. The R2L absorbs the excess radiation through the antenna of the R2L and converts it through the circuitry into direct current electricity into the LED to light it up and disperse the power safely.
Does the R2L have to light up to be working?
No. When the R2L is properly placed, it always lights up, but sometimes flashes so fast or faint that it is impossible to see with the naked eye. Every R2L is tested four times on U.S. and international bands before it leaves the manufacturer.
What is SAR testing?
The FCC has adopted limits for safe exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy. These limits are given in terms of a unit referred to as the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), which is a measure of the amount of radio frequency energy absorbed by the body when using a mobile phone. The FCC requires cell phone manufacturers to ensure that their phones comply with these objective limits for safe exposure.
How long does an R2L last?
The R2L device will last for the life-span of your phone. The average time people have their cell phones is about 18-24 months. You will never have to replace your R2L as long as you have your phone. However, the R2L cannot be re-used once the adhesive is sealed on your phone.
